Our Story

Kill What You Eat isn't just a brand — it's a pursuit of life, demanding the development of competence, condition, and connections, facing challenges head-on, and transforming adversity into opportunity through radical self-reliance and purposeful living so you can live happy and die healthy.

Born from the understanding that fulfillment requires uncompromising personal accountability, KWYE represents a profound commitment to continuous learning, skill development, and resilience.

We invite those willing to confront uncomfortable truths: that growth emerges from struggle, achievement is earned through consistent work, and true strength lies in your ability to adapt, learn, and overcome when most people can’t and won’t stand beside you.

By embracing the ethos of self-sufficiency and unwavering determination, Kill What You Eat challenges you to become architects of your own destiny — where you don't just exist, but intentionally design a life of meaningful experiences that transcends mere survival.

Teagan McKewen

Keeping the old ways alive

Teagan is Patrick's oldest son.  Out of everyone in the family, he spends the most time out in nature.  After graduating from high school, he began working for a local landscaping company so he could be outside as much as possible.

He developed a natural interest in hunting and fishing (it's in his blood after all), and began to hone his skills in the local North Georgia mountain forests, managing to harvest two deer in his first year of hunting - one of which was his first buck.

Surrounded by a generation of peers addicted to screens, vapes, and in poor overall physical condition, Teagan is leading the charge to inspire more young men and women to return to nature in order to improve their health and happiness.
